We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, making us feel very welcome and even providing a lovely room decoration for our honeymoon. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful view of the opera house. The hotel had great facilities, including a cool water pool with a jacuzzi and sauna, which we enjoyed because it was hardly used by other guests. The location was perfect, right in the Old Quarter and within walking distance of many good restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and we also loved the bakery in the hotel.

Located right next to the beautiful opera house, this hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the city. It is also close to just about everything you want to do in the area, including the Hoan Keim lake. The rooms are big and exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel offers great facilities such as an executive lounge with complimentary afternoon tea and evening cocktails, as well as a 24/7 gym. The staff are charming and professional, providing excellent service throughout the hotel.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be improved, as some guests mentioned difficulty in getting their room cool enough for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful lake, making it a great base for exploring the surrounding area. It is also close to all major events, allowing easy access to local attractions. The air quality in the city was really bad and it seemed to infiltrate the hotel, which made the air inside not the best to breathe. Additionally, the staff was not very responsive to our requests and seemed uninterested in helping us with any issues we had.

My recent stay at the Hilton Hanoi Opera was incredible. The hotel is located in the French Quarter, which is simply stunning. The room was spacious and comfy, providing a relaxing atmosphere. I loved the separate shower and bathtub in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, excellent location, and great value for money. I will definitely visit again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the staff was extremely professional and attentive, providing exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the food at the restaurant buffet was delicious with a variety of options, and the bar/lounge area was great for enjoying a drink with a spectacular view of the garden area.

Our only minor issue was with the sauna, which was not functioning properly during our stay. However, this did not impact our overall experience at the hotel, and we still had a wonderful time.
